Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios through executive briefings, white papers, and interactive workshops
- Architect innovation roadmaps that align emerging technologies with market opportunities and business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry think tanks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Quantify market potential and ROI for future-facing initiatives using data-driven modeling
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
