Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology disruptions (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
