As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and venture partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term capital allocation for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports and horizon scanning briefings
- Advventure investment committees on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven analytics tools
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
