- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, board members, and international stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints focused on prototyping future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology trends
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and scaling future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotechnology, and climate tech
- Strong proficiency in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
