Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop and publish annual Future State reports with data-driven scenario analyses
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Advise product development teams on emerging market opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and quantitative trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
