Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology horizons
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic futures briefings to investors, partners, and board members
- Build and manage an internal futurist network across global offices
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups for potential acquisition/partnership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with Fortune 500 executives on strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
