- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite strategic objectives

- Author proprietary trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot innovation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight, strategy, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
