Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning methodologies
- Translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizations on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
- Oversee implementation of future-proofing initiatives across client portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and deploying scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures
- Experience facilitating executive workshops across global organizations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
