Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops translating foresight data into actionable business imperatives
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interaction paradigms
- Direct cross-functional prototyping sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio of trend analysis and scenario planning artifacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) or innovation methodologies
- Experience leading global innovation teams and managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published author or frequent speaker at World Economic Forum, CES, or similar venues
