Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop and implement corporate foresight frameworks using AI-driven scenario modeling
- Lead moonshot innovation projects bridging quantum computing, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into business operations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, spatial computing, or climate tech
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives delivered
