- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) and develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Curate and maintain Horizon's proprietary '2026 Innovation Radar' data ecosystem
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight or innovation consulting for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and economic implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
