- Develop and maintain multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ strategic goals
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning for future market disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to boards and investors using data-driven visualizations
- Oversee cross-functional 'future labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning, SWOT 2.0)
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
