Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy domains
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
