Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research on technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and scenario-planning sessions with executive leadership
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and trend briefings
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for commercialization opportunities
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
