Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps and business expansion
- Present innovation insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Manage research partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech and future business models
- Oversee implementation of innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and budgets over $1M
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
