- Author thought leadership publications and briefings for executive stakeholders
- Establish horizon scanning frameworks to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development lifecycles
- Represent FutureHorizons at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Experience working with executive teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
