Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies for 2026 and beyond
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into long-term business strategy
- Develop scenarios and roadmaps to prepare the organization for future challenges and opportunities
- Conduct research and analysis across multiple domains (technology, social, economic, environmental)
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Management, Futures Studies, Technology, Economics); Master's or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or foresight
- Exceptional analytical and research skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
