- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Represent company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI governance, sustainable tech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience building and scaling innovation incubators
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
