As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies. Your insights will directly shape product development, market positioning, and long-term enterprise resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce visionary scenario-planning models for product development and market entry strategies
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D roadmaps
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and media engagements
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven futurist impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions through data-driven foresight
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, SAMI)
