Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026 markets
- Develop quantitative scenario models using proprietary AI analytics platforms
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce quarterly trend briefings distributed to Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation foresight methodologies
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced trend analysis and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
