Responsibilities

- Design and lead scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using Python and NLP tools
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (quantum, biotech, Web3)
