Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by synthesizing AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Advolve in global tech forums representing 2026 innovation vision
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
