Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic foresight framework for emerging tech ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Develop predictive models for AI adoption, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish Innovation Incubator program for 2026-focused ventures
- Publish industry-defining research on human-machine symbiosis
- Advise product teams on future-proofing user experience architectures
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent practical experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of incubating technologies from concept to commercialization
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic initiatives with measurable market impact
