Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, analyzing quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation trends
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on societal transformation scenarios
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio funding moonshot projects aligned with 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using proprietary trend-mapping tools
Qualifications
- 15+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or emerging tech leadership
- Published peer-reviewed research on long-term tech forecasting
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CEOs on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and causal inference
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of implemented transformational initiatives with measurable global impact
- Proficiency in trend analysis platforms (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
