Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation progress
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture by facilitating 'future-back' thinking sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and influencing decision-makers
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, STEEP analysis, or causal layered analysis
