Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based models simulating future business environments and competitive landscapes
- Design and execute innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to generate future-proof solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development and corporate strategy
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes strategic initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
