- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for emerging technology validation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial or social impact initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or recognized speaker on future-of-work topics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
