Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, sociology, and economics to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions and business models
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
