Responsibilities

- Design and lead immersive foresight workshops for executive stakeholders across technology, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations translating complex futures into executable plans
- Partner with R&D teams to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to C-suite executives and investor boards through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and develop next-generation foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for multinational corporations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (white papers, books, or keynote presentations)
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
