- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab focused on exponential technologies

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience presenting to C-level executives across multiple industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
