Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using advanced modeling tools
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting (journal articles, books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
