Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility premises to ensure the safety and security of all assets, personnel, and visitors.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identities and issuing visitor passes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs documenting daily activities, observations, and any irregularities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Pennsylvania Security Guard License (Act 120) is mandatory.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant in high-stress situations.
- Clean criminal background check and drug screening required.
