Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identification of visitors and employees.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logbooks at the end of every shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests, assisting with directions and inquiries.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security License (Licensing assistance provided if needed).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (including holidays).
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.
