Responsibilities
- Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for any irregularities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security threats.
- Verify the identity of visitors and contractors, issuing badges and maintaining access logs as required.
- Write detailed incident reports and log daily activities accurately in the security management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and tenants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous security experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
