Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Sort and organize packages and inventory according to established protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
