Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum neural networks and quantum data compression
- Develop patent-p methodologies for quantum error correction optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Publish top-tier conference papers (NeurIPS, QIP) and secure research grants
- Mentor junior researchers and build quantum AI talent pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Publication record at premier ML/quantum conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
