Location Details: This role is based at our flagship store in Charlotte, NC, serving the vibrant Queen City community.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a smile and professionalism.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte location.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
