Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of part-time associates to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in restocking, and ensure product presentation meets quality benchmarks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
- Conduct end-of-shift reports, including sales summaries and team feedback, and submit accurate paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or operations management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
