Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock shelves and organize displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandise handling as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor in compliance with company standards.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency for operating POS systems.
