Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding store policies and product details.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash and card payments.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and basic stockroom organization during slower periods.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
