Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and case details accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Assist in training new team members during onboarding periods.
- Ensure all compliance and quality assurance standards are met during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts or fixed shifts).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
