Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital support channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory counts and restock merchandise according to company standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with returns/exchanges
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM)
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
