Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Process orders and resolve inquiries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve weekend service protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in training new part-time staff during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
