As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer comprehensive training and a clear path for growth if you decide to transition to full-time in the future.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and deadlines.
- Handle shipping and receiving duties, including verifying documentation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Arlington facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
