Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Process inbound shipments and update inventory records
- Maintain clean, efficient workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team player with reliable attendance
