Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 member night/weekend crew during peak operational hours
- Monitor inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct daily safety compliance checks and equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional communications with day shift teams
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using real-time data analysis
- Train new personnel on warehouse protocols and safety standards
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution and time management skills
- Availability for 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and overnight hours
