Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital signs, ECG monitoring, and phlebotomy
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Respond to patient emergencies following established protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or PCT certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute/long-term care
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during night/weekend shifts
- Basic ECG interpretation and phlebotomy skills
