Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night and weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Accurately document patient records and medical histories
- Assist with lab procedures and specimen collection
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in fast-paced settings
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Availability to work flexible weekends and nights (Fri-Sun, 7pm-7am)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license preferred
