Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries during overnight/weekend hours via phone, chat, and email
- Perform system health checks and troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients
- Document incident reports with precision using our CRM platform
- Coordinate with on-call specialists during critical escalations
- Prepare shift handover reports for day teams
- Contribute to process improvements for off-peak operations
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance for all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira preferred)
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills (network, hardware, software)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
