Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures including vitals, injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient flow and documentation in EHR systems
- Handle emergency triage during off-hours
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekends
- Experience with urgent care or emergency settings
